According to the provisions of art. 13 of Lgs. Decree No. 196/2003 regarding the protection of

processing rights, shall store your data in its archives.

The information you have supplied us with shall be processed correctly, legally and in a
transparent manner, safeguarding your privacy and your personal rights. The said data
shall be used by Lechnerhof for the compilation of statistics (of an exclusively anonymous
nature) and for sending you advertising material, catalogues and price lists, as well as for
keeping you up to date about our activities and promotions. You may exercise at any time the
rights envisaged in Art. 7 of Lgs. Decree No. 196/2003, including the right to access,
change, update, add to, render anonymous or delete the data, as well as oppose their use,
by writing to the person in charge of data processing appointed as per Art. 13 letter f)
